Project: Florida PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management)
Duration: July 2026 June 2027 (Potential Extension)
Location: Tallahassee, FL / Florida Statewide Project (Local Candidates Only)

Required Qualifications

Experience with Florida PALM or similar large-scale ERP/financial transformation programs.
Strong Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Requirements Gathering experience.
Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation, modernization, or ERP implementation projects.
Public sector or State Government experience.
Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Access
SQL Server
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
Alteryx
SharePoint
Tableau

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working across business and technical teams.
Experience managing and completing complex business and technology initiatives.
Knowledge of Florida PALM implementation timelines and readiness planning.
Experience supporting readiness assessments and organizational change initiatives.
