Summary

Location: Toyota campus, Plano TX, on site 3 days a week

AI Transformation Lead (Onshore) - Plano

Role Purpose

Lead the AI-led Database and Data Platform transformation strategy and roadmap.
Help identify, prioritize, and govern automation and agentic AI use cases across Database, Data Integration, and Workload Automation platforms.
Coordinate between TMNA stakeholders, DBAs, platform teams, and AI engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap and target-state operating model.
Identify opportunities for automation, orchestration, HITL (Human-in-the-Loop), and autonomous operations.
Lead solution architecture for AI agents, RAG solutions, telemetry integration, and workflow orchestration.
Partner with Database, Data Engineering, Operations, Security, and Governance teams.

Required Skills

Enterprise Architecture and AI/GenAI solution architecture (creating architecture diagrams).
Agentic AI, RAG, LLM orchestration, MCP/tool integration concepts.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Python and automation architecture experience.
