Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday

- 5+ years of HVAC and general maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments
- EPA Universal Certification required; HVAC technical certification or license preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance trades
- Experience using mobile devices and work order systems
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally between sites
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Frequent travel to customer locations with company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, bending)
- Exposure to varied environments, including mechanical, electrical, and outdoor conditions
- Required use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split units
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and system issues (motors, compressors, controls, refrigerant systems)
- Service boilers, airflow systems, and ductwork
- Ensure EPA-compliant refrigerant handling and system performance testing
- Complete work orders, service reports, and inspections using mobile technology
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Maintain customer relationships and deliver high-quality service across multiple sites
- Order materials and provide estimates for additional repair work
- Follow all OSHA safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirements
