Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite 5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Java technologies. Your expertise will contribute to the development and deployment of applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality, zero-defect projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java 17, Spring, and Spring Boot
  
• Design REST APIs and integrate with messaging services such as Kafka or JMS
  
• Utilize SQL for database interactions, with a strong proficiency in Oracle Database
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions
  
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring they meet performance and security standards
  
• Participate in Agile development processes to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum Experience required 7 to 15 years
  
• Strong Java/J2EE fundamentals
  
• Experience with REST APIs and messaging services (Kafka/JMS)
  
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL
  
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  
• Strong communication skills
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Angular 8 and front-end development
  
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization
  
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle Coherence, and ETL tools
  
• Basic Linux skills
  
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau
  
• Understanding of JAXB2/Jakarta and version control with GitHub
  
• Exposure to Agile development methodology
  

Desired Profile:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with a first time-right/zero-defect approach
  
• Capable of mentoring and guiding junior developers
  
• Strong Oracle database skills are essential
  
• Good experience with web services or JMS is a plus
  

The base salary for this position is $80,000 - $102,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
