Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $30.24 - $68.07 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This may be a 100% work-from-home opportunity but you must reside in Colorado. Travel among all UCHealth sites will be required.

Summary:

Performs basic analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s). UCHealth is hiring for a Systems Analyst Associate. Candidates will be considered for one of the following levels:

Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis, configuration, and administration of assigned IT systems, including Epic Beaker CP, Epic Beaker AP, and Haemonetics SafeTrace Tx.
  • Assists in the planning, design, development, implementation, testing, and support of assigned systems.
  • Troubleshoots existing and proposed systems to identify and resolve technical and workflow issues.
  • Maintains working knowledge of clinical laboratory, anatomic pathology laboratory, and hospital outreach operations and services.
  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of laboratory business processes, including billing workflows and compliance.
  • Develops and generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports and data extracts.
  • Provides training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to end users. Documents user issues, identifies root causes, and recommends solutions to prevent recurring problems.

Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. 6 months of relevant experience.
This position's pay range is: $30.24 - $45.36/ hour.

Systems AnalystPerforms analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s).
Assists with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience.
This position's pay range is: $37.04 - $55.57 / hour.

Systems Analyst SrPerforms advanced analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s).
Assists with the visioning, planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides advanced analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides advanced training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends, designs, and builds steps to prevent recurrences.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience.
This position's pay range is: $45.38 - $68.07 / hour.

Preferred:

  • Epic Certification(s)
  • Prior experience working in a Clinical Pathology or Anatomic Pathology Laboratory
  • Prior experience with Laboratory System Integration and Interfaces
  • Prior experience with Epic Beaker
