Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 13+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and Agile project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level IT initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Track project KPIs and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Manage project dependencies, change requests, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Mentor project coordinators and junior project managers.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing enterprise software development and digital transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Microsoft Project
  • Azure DevOps
  • Smartsheet
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
• Experience managing distributed and offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong risk management, issue tracking, and change management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Applications.
• Experience managing ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance frameworks.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Financial planning, forecasting, and resource management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master''s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification is a plus.
