At Trail Transmission we\'re looking for a skilled builder who takes pride in quality work and wants to join a stable, high-volume transmission shop. This role is dedicated to transmission rebuilding?no transmission R&R and no diagnostic work. You\'ll spend your time doing what you do best: building quality transmissions.

What You\'ll Do
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions
- Repair internal transmission components
- Rebuild clutch packs, gear sets, valve bodies, and torque converters
- Follow manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Produce high-quality work efficiently
- Collaborate with a professional team dedicated to quality repairs
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional transmission rebuilding experience
- Strong knowledge of automatic and manual transmissions
- Proven history of quality transmission rebuilds
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Dependable with a stable work history
- Team-oriented attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply
