A bit about us:

We are a growing litigation firm in the South Bay area seeking an experienced Trust, Estate, and Probate Litigation Attorney to join our team. Our practice represents trustees, beneficiaries, and individuals involved in complex estate related disputes.

Our attorneys handle matters involving fiduciary disputes, contested estates, and probate litigation that require careful legal analysis and strong advocacy. These matters often involve sensitive family dynamics and significant financial interests, requiring attorneys who can manage both the legal and interpersonal aspects of litigation.

Attorneys collaborate closely with partners and paralegals to manage cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service.

Why join us?

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex trust and estate disputes in a collaborative litigation environment.

We maintain a reasonable billable hour expectation combined with a competitive bonus structure that rewards productivity. Our firm culture emphasizes efficiency, strategic thinking, and strong client relationships rather than excessive hours.

Attorneys are supported by experienced staff and partners who encourage collaboration, professional development, and long term career growth. There are opportunities to expand litigation responsibilities, build client relationships, and potentially pursue partnership depending on career goals.
