Job DetailsPosition Overview
Provide timely and efficient maintenance support across facility operations and manufacturing equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping systems running safely, reliably, and at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform both routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations and support teams
- Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime
- Source and research parts needed for repairs and ongoing maintenance
- Partner with production and leadership to complete work with minimal disruption
- Accurately track labor, materials, and repairs within the maintenance system
- Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability and efficiency
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming maintenance parts and materials
- Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times
What You Bring (Skills & Experience)
- Working knowledge of industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and more
- Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostics, and repair equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
