JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will lead the Enterprise Applications team in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise application solutions across Cloud and OnPrem environments. The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will support key enterprise platforms (Workday / iCims / Dynamics / QuickBase / Additional Custom Developed Products), ensuring the successful development, integration, and operation of enterprise applications and supporting technologies. The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, to translates business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions. The Technical Lead / Application Solution Architect will develop custom applications, design integrations between enterprise systems, support DevOps processes, and deliver targeted technology solutions that improve business operations while aligning with USAP’s enterprise technology standards.

Azure Application Development (5+ years) – Cloud-Native Application Development within Azure Environments (PaaS / SaaS / IaC / MicroServices Architectures)
Modern Development Languages (5+ years) – Developing Applications using Modern Languages (C# / JavaScript)
Database Technologies / Data Platforms – Supporting SQL Server / SQL Azure / Cosmos DB Environments | Strong Database Development / Integration Experience
