Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs (GPT/Claude), and GenAI solutions. The role focuses on building scalable AI applications, implementing RAG architectures, and supporting enterprise-level development and testing frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude)
Expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with AWS cloud services
Proficiency with GitHub / version control systems

Good to Have Skills

Data Structures & Algorithms
OOP and modular design principles
CI/CD pipelines
API testing tools (Postman, Newman)
Performance testing tools (JMeter)

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement GenAI frameworks for enterprise development and testing
Build and deploy GenAI solutions using LLM platforms with focus on cost, performance, and security
Implement RAG architectures using embeddings and vector search
Design and enhance automation frameworks:

UI automation (Playwright / Selenium / Cypress)
API automation (Postman / RestAssured / SoapUI)

Develop and test REST/SOAP services and integration workflows
Work with cloud-based deployments on AWS
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver scalable solutions

Preferred Experience

Experience in Guidewire ecosystem integrations
Background in BFSI / enterprise environments
Familiarity with BDD frameworks and testing practices

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
High ownership and proactive mindset
Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
