Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs (GPT/Claude), and GenAI solutions. The role focuses on building scalable AI applications, implementing RAG architectures, and supporting enterprise-level development and testing frameworks.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude)
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • Proficiency with GitHub / version control systems

Good to Have Skills

  • Data Structures & Algorithms
  • OOP and modular design principles
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • API testing tools (Postman, Newman)
  • Performance testing tools (JMeter)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement GenAI frameworks for enterprise development and testing
  • Build and deploy GenAI solutions using LLM platforms with focus on cost, performance, and security
  • Implement RAG architectures using embeddings and vector search
  • Design and enhance automation frameworks:
    • UI automation (Playwright / Selenium / Cypress)
    • API automation (Postman / RestAssured / SoapUI)
  • Develop and test REST/SOAP services and integration workflows
  • Work with cloud-based deployments on AWS
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver scalable solutions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Guidewire ecosystem integrations
  • Background in BFSI / enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with BDD frameworks and testing practices

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High ownership and proactive mindset
  • Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
