Our client is seeking an experienced
Sr. Manager, Network Architecture to lead a team of 20+ network professionals and drive enterprise-wide network and cloud architecture initiatives. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for the design, security, performance, and modernization of a global network infrastructure while partnering closely with executive leadership on strategic technology decisions.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers and architects.
- Architect and oversee enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.
- Drive multi-cloud networking strategies across AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Lead network security initiatives, including segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, and secure connectivity.
- Serve as the highest level escalation point for critical network issues.
- Manage network monitoring tools, operational processes, and third-party service providers/NOCs.
- Develop short- and long-term network roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of Network, Cloud, or Infrastructure Architecture experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong expertise with Cisco networking technologies, enterprise routing and switching, and cloud networking.
Preferred Qualifications- AWS Solutions Architect and/or AWS Advanced Networking Certification.
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Network Engineer Certification.
- Cisco CCNP or CCNA Certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with SD-WAN, manufacturing network segmentation, and SolarWinds.
- Experience managing vendors and managed service providers in a global enterprise environment.
