Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, healthcare applications, system integrations, and regulatory compliance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects within the healthcare domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate implementation of healthcare applications, cloud solutions, and system integrations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and executive status updates.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Track project KPIs and continuously improve project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing software development, system implementation, or cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scrum Alliance certification
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
