Summary

Role: Workday Administrator

Location: Oviedo, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Month – Contract to Hire

Required Skills:

Significant hands‑on experience administering Workday, with a strong emphasis on:
Benefits module
Payroll configuration and support
Experience supporting integrations and downstream systems
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Administer and support the Workday Benefits and Payroll modules, focusing on configuration and ongoing system stability
Support and advance Benefits projects currently in flight, including:
Open enrollment
Benefits configuration for both Athletics and Main Campus
Manage and maintain integrations with the State of Florida related to benefits
Configure, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes and workflows
Monitor system performance and data integrity; diagnose and resolve issues in collaboration with IT and HR partners
Lead and support data mapping, conversion, and reporting activities
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
