Summary

Payrate: $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The main function of this role is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, or any other non-IT based projects. The role focuses on managing demo operations for Company’s AR glasses products, including device allocation, demo room organization, and demo scheduling. The position is crucial for centralizing and streamlining demo team operations.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
  • Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
  • Manage communications through the intake system.
  • Coordinate with VIPs, policy makers, and executive leadership.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor''s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 8 years of program management experience.
 
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  • Ability to build flexible systems and drive clarity across teams.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proactive and assertive.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85.00 - $90.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
