**Position Overview:**
Seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Oracle Cloud Grants and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will facilitate design workshops, define and analyze business requirements, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM modules, including contract billing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead client-facing workshops focused on Oracle Cloud Grants, Project Management, and Contract Billing processes.
- Elicit and document business requirements, conduct fit/gap analysis, and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM implementations, driving solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Guide clients through system adoption and change management.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying Oracle Cloud Grants and Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including contract billing functionalities.
- Participation in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM implementation projects.
- Proficient in process design, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle Cloud applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Grants, PPM, or related modules.
- Background consulting for large enterprises or major consulting firms.
- Experience with integration points between Oracle Cloud Grants, PPM, Financials, and other key modules.
