Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer / Technical Lead Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support for all critical systems and applications, ensuring zero or minimal downtime. This role requires deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to managing complex systems in a high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities:Technical lead by providing high level support for all Federal Reserve Bank critical systems and applications with zero or minimal down timeOracle (Solaris) and Redhat Linux Virtualizations,IBM WebSphere (versions from 3.X, 4.x, 5.x, 6, x and 8.X) on both Solaris and Linux,IBM MQ (versions (from 5.X, 6.X and 9.X) on both Solaris and Linux,TREP (Thompson Reuters Enterprise Platform), RMDS (Reuters Markets Data System), DACS, Wombat * RefinitivStorage Provisioning using HP (3PAR) administrationOS and Application Monitoring using FogLight and BMC patrolBackup using Commvault, Veritas NetBackup (using Symantec appliances).Server provisioning using HP Opsware.Users and Server access provisioning using CentrifyDC.Informatica experience-hands on-installation, what it is/how it runs.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical lead roles, preferably in a financial or banking environment.Strong expertise in Oracle (Solaris), Red Hat Linux, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, and relevant virtualization technologies.Familiarity with Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv platforms, along with experience in data systems and storage administration.Proven experience with monitoring tools such as FogLight and BMC Patrol, as well as backup solutions like Commvault and Veritas NetBackup.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve complex technical issues.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
