OBIEE Technical Lead /Architect

• The OBIEE Technical Lead / Architect will lead the design and validation of enterprise analytics solutions integrating Oracle OBIEE with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• This role bridges functional supply chain processes with technical data architecture, ensuring reporting accuracy, semantic alignment, and optimized analytics performance within complex aerospace supply chain operations.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a techno-functional role bridging business analysis and SAP system architecture.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly within Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data architecture and differences between ECC and S/4HANA models.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, analysis, and technical verification.
• Experience designing reporting solutions and enterprise analytics data models using Oracle OBIEE.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for SAP HANA and OBIEE metadata repositories.
• Knowledge of the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience designing logical architecture for Oracle OBIEE dashboards and semantic layers.
• Experience performing technical validation of data models to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
• Experience collaborating with SAP process experts and developers to resolve data integrity issues.
• Experience analyzing complex aerospace supply chain processes and part lifecycle tracking.
• Experience transitioning legacy reporting models to S/4HANA architecture using CDS Views and modern data structures.
• Experience conducting gap analysis between current and future-state system processes.
• Experience implementing SCOR-based KPIs across enterprise reporting environments.

Analytics Design And Technical Validation:

• Design logical architecture for OBIEE dashboards aligned with S/4HANA source data.
• Validate data models using SQL to ensure technical outputs match functional requirements.
• Resolve data integrity issues related to inventory tracking, serial number management, and document flow.

• Map aerospace supply chain processes and transactional lifecycles to analytics frameworks.
• Lead migration from legacy reporting models to S/4HANA data architecture.
• Evaluate S/4HANA innovations and recommend architectural improvements to optimize analytics.

• Translate business requirements into detailed SAP HANA and OBIEE technical specifications.
• Implement SCOR framework metrics (Level 1 3 KPIs including Reliability, Responsiveness, and Cost).
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend technical solutions to resolve data discrepancies.

• Strong enterprise data modeling and analytics architecture expertise.
• Advanced SQL and data validation skills.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply chain modules.
• Strong documentation and technical specification writing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions between business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Aerospace industry experience, including traceability, configuration management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong supply chain strategy knowledge aligned with SCOR principles.

• Bachelor s degree required.
• Advanced certifications in SAP, Supply Chain, or Analytics architecture preferred.
