Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Process Engineer who will play a crucial role in modernizing and optimizing our processes to drive enterprise-wide growth and operational excellence. This person will leverage their expertise in design thinking and process engineering to transform current processes and enhance user experiences through technical solutions like AI and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to define scope and framework.
  • Facilitate workshops, document current-state processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create future-state workflows and recommendations that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Translate findings into clear business and technical requirements for deploying solutions such as automation and AI.
  • Create reusable artifacts including process maps and documentation to support transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate progress and manage risks effectively with stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency in business process management and end-to-end process design, including documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in writing requirements and translating designs into actionable needs.
  • Adept at supporting transformation initiatives and ensuring sustainable adoption.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to financial services domains.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce operations.
  • Experience in Loan Ops and Wealth Ops processes.
