Summary

UX/UI Designer (Product III) Remote

Location: Remote (U.S. Denver, CO preferred)
Duration: Contract (June 2026 December 2026)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-time (40 hours/week)

Onsite once every quarter and 1 month to observe the users.

Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join a product-focused team and drive user-centered design initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end design process for features, delivering scalable, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences.

A strong portfolio is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for product features from concept to delivery
  • Create user-centered design solutions using design thinking methodologies
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define and refine requirements
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems for scalable solutions
  • Translate user research, analytics, and data insights into actionable design improvements
  • Review and provide feedback on development implementations (UI/UX)
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions on technical feasibility and product strategy
  • Continuously improving user experience through iteration and feedback loops

Required Qualifications

  • 3 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
  • Ability to analyze user data and apply insights to design decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile product environments
  • Exposure to AI-powered design tools or data-driven design optimization
  • Bachelor s degree in design, HCI, or related field

Additional Details

  • Remote role with occasional travel (as needed for team collaboration or user research)
  • Video interviews
  • Background check and drug screening required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
