Rate : $72/hr on W2

Employment Type : W2 Position

We are looking for a skilled Power Automation Admin with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop/RPA) and Automation Anywhere 360. The role involves developing, managing, and supporting automation solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop automations

· Manage RPA solutions, including unattended bot deployments on Windows VMs

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently

· Work with connectors, triggers, approvals, and error handling mechanisms

· Manage Power Platform environments and solutions

· Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management

Requirements:

· Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Automation Anywhere 360

· Experience in production support and troubleshooting

· Knowledge of Power Platform environments, RPA setup, and VM management

· Understanding of ITSM best practices
