Workday Integration Consultant
We are seeking a Workday Consultant to design and implement an integration between Workday (HRIS) and the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role will involve redesigning existing processes and infrastructure to accommodate changes in data flow direction and ensure long-term scalability.

We are seeking a Workday Consultant to design and implement an integration between Workday (HRIS) and the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role will involve redesigning existing processes and infrastructure to accommodate changes in data flow direction and ensure long-term scalability.
Responsibilities/Desired Outcomes:
The consultant will play a central role in enabling:
- Automated requisition and hire data flow between Workday and the ATS
- Reduced manual rework and handoffs
- Improved data accuracy and consistency
- Scalable processes to support growth
Core Processes to Support
- Data flows from Workday ? ATS (cloud-based recruiting SaaS called Greenhouse)
- Seamless transfer of Workday-created positions into ATS as requisitions
- Accurate mapping of position attributes (e.g., title, location, department)
- Automated new hire approvals and downstream provisioning
Success Metrics
- Minimal manual handoffs
- Reduced errors/defects in requisition and hire records
- Strong user adoption of the new workflow
Technical Requirements
- Proven expertise with Workday integrations
- Experience with ATS integrations (ideally Greenhouse or a similar technology)
- Ability to design, build, and test secure integrations
- Strong skills in error handling, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Clear documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal HRIS team
