Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet to streamline planning and execution.

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vendor management and selection processes.
• Familiarity with agile principles and methodologies.
• Ability to generate and maintain project forecasts and resource needs.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices.
