- Similar to what we have sourced in the past) Agile/Jira product experience with some additional nice to haves:
- Source code review, in addition to a review of documented rules and system behavior.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Business rules and automated decision logic experience
- UI validations and workflow enforcement mechanisms experience
- Ability to identify Gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for future automation
- Multifamily or Freddie/Fannie experience is a plus
