Project Overview

  • Support the implementation of TrackWise Digital (TWD) eQMS, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions for quality management systems.

Role Summary

  • The IT Business Analyst (eQMS) serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that enterprise technology solutions effectively support quality and operational objectives. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, while supporting system implementation, testing, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT teams
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards and business strategy
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs
  • Support Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and validation
  • Act as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and issue resolution
  • Contribute to change management activities including training, documentation, and user adoption
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strong background in Quality functions (e.g., QA, QMS, compliance)
  • 5+ years of experience with eQMS systems, preferably TrackWise Digital or similar platforms
  • 5+ years of solid understanding of IT systems and business analysis methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences)
  • Knowledge of global quality and compliance standards
  • Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise system implementation
