Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with strong experience in institutional accounting and fund administration systems within the Financial Services / Investment Management domain.
Recent/current hands-on experience with Geneva or Investran (InvestTran) is a critical requirement for this position. Geneva experience is highly preferred.
The selected candidate will play a key role in SEI's initiative to evaluate and modernize its Fund Management accounting platform. This includes supporting the buy vs. build vs. integration strategy and working closely with business stakeholders, IT, engineering, operations, and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for accounting and fund administration platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on institutional accounting platforms such as Geneva and Investran.
- Translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product initiatives and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, UX, and Client teams.
- Lead product discovery, workflow analysis, customer interviews, and solution validation.
- Support evaluation of accounting engines and platform modernization initiatives.
- Work with third-party vendors and consulting partners throughout the assessment and implementation process.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies within accounting and fund administration workflows.
- Manage product priorities, trade-offs, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps to technical and business stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Strong experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager or similar role.
- Financial Services, Banking, Investment Management, FinTech, or Fund Administration experience.
- Recent/current hands-on experience with Geneva or Investran (InvestTran) – REQUIRED.
- Institutional accounting and fund administration systems experience.
- Strong understanding of alternative investment operations and workflows.
- Experience with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Private Credit, Real Assets, or related alternative investments.
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology vendors, business teams, and IT/engineering organizations.

Important Requirement
Candidates must have recent/current experience with Geneva or Investran/InvestTran.
Experience should be hands-on and relevant to institutional accounting, investment accounting, or fund administration environments. Candidates with only general Product Management experience or outdated exposure to these platforms will not be a strong fit.
