RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking PC Replacement Technicians.

Summary:
We are seeking three skilled and customer-focused PC Refresh Technicians to support a large-scale end-user computing refresh initiative. This project involves replacing desktop and laptop systems, deploying new hardware, migrating user data, installing software, tracking assets, and providing post-deployment support. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse user base while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on experience supporting Windows-based environments and performing workstation deployments. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy, install, configure, and upgrade desktop and laptop hardware
* Image computers and install applications utilizing deployment tools such as SCCM and PXE boot
* Perform user data migrations and system configurations
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
* Support end users through service requests, incident tickets, chats, and direct interactions
* Install and support peripherals including monitors, printers, webcams, headsets, docking stations, and tablets
* Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records
* Document work activities, resolutions, and support requests within ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
* Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and service management teams to resolve complex issues
* Create and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation
* Provide guidance and basic training to users on supported technology solutions
* Follow established IT service management and support processes
* Perform additional technical support duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop productivity applications
* Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, and workstation refresh projects
* Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and endpoint devices
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines
* Experience with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SCCM and automated deployment tools
* Experience supporting tablets and multiple endpoint platforms
* Previous enterprise-level IT support experience

Additional Requirements:
* Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
* Must be eligible to obtain a CJIS clearance within 30 days of start date
* Availability to work through year-end project deadlines and holiday periods as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
