Cloud Solution Architect – Microsoft Technologies

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience to support enterprise customers with cloud architecture, transformation, modernization, and adoption initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in one or more Microsoft technology domains, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or related Microsoft technologies. Candidates are not expected to be experts across all Microsoft technologies, but should have strong depth in at least one primary area and the ability to collaborate across adjacent technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, solution design sessions, and executive presentations.
• Develop cloud architecture strategies, migration roadmaps, modernization plans, and solution recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle from discovery and design through implementation and adoption.
• Drive cloud adoption, modernization, and customer success initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, account teams, engineering, delivery teams, and Microsoft partners.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, architecture patterns, security, AI, and emerging capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant IT and cloud architecture experience.
• Previous Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Customer Success or CSS organizations is preferred.
• Strong enterprise cloud architecture and consulting experience.
• Experience supporting cloud adoption, transformation, migration, or modernization programs.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or other relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, Microsoft partners, or large-scale cloud environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.

Work Location:

Remote position. Candidates must be eligible to work onshore in the US, Canada, or LATAM.
