Summary

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based services in a microservices architecture.
  • Build and deploy services using AWS Cloud services such as API Gateway, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to make key design decisions and drive high-quality implementation.
  • Integrate with internal and external REST APIs, applying modern integration patterns and security practices.
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and fast deployments.
  • Own the full lifecycle of features - from technical design and development to testing, release, and monitoring.
  • Champion clean code practices, observability, and maintainability across services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in distributed systems with a focus on root cause analysis.

What You Know:

  • 5 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C#) for enterprise-level systems.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining microservice-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, particularly API Gateway, CloudWatch, Lambda, and related components.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of source control, branching strategies, and team-based workflows in GitHub.
  • Excellent communication in English - verbal and written - with the ability to engage in technical discussions and drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of event-driven or message-based architectures (e.g., SNS/SQS, Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, error handling, and versioning strategies.
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools for cloud applications.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation Band:

$115 - $120K per annum
