Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst (Construction Applications)
Type: Full Time, Direct-hire
Location: Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - onsite 3 days/week)
Salary Range: $70,000- $85,000 (depending on experience)
Summary
This role supports a variety of construction-focused software tools used across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is someone early in their IT or systems career who enjoys problem solving, learning new applications, and working directly with users. This position plays a key part in ensuring critical platforms-spanning estimating, scheduling, field operations, and corporate functions-run smoothly and are continuously improved. You'll assist with system administration, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, training, and documentation in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and basic administration for major construction applications, including licensing, permissions, issue resolution, and user setup.
- Assist with ERP workflow support, access management, troubleshooting, and coordination with Finance and Operations teams.
- Deliver user assistance and training, create process documentation, and serve as a frontline point of contact for system-related questions.
- Help implement enhancements, updates, and small-scale system changes; participate in testing before deployment.
- Work with stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into optimized system workflows or configurations.
- Support estimating software by helping with configuration, user enablement, and coordination with vendors.
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one construction sector platform ( Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista, or HeavyBid).
- Autodesk licensing administration required.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with comfort navigating evolving priorities.
- Effective communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
- Familiarity with general productivity tools (Teams, Office, SharePoint).
- Nice-to-have: exposure to SQL, reporting, integrations, or supporting multiple construction systems.
