Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

ServiceNow Tech Consultant or Business Consultant with

TNI(Telecom Network Inventory) / TSM (Telecommunication Service Management) experience

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Service Management and Telecom Operations experience.

• Multiple end-to-end TNI/TSM implementation or remediation engagements.

• Strong telecom inventory modelling expertise.

• Deep knowledge of network circuits, connectivity services, and telecom operations.

• Experience leading data migration and inventory reconciliation projects.

• Experience working with NOC, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations teams.

• Proven track record in production go-live, cutover planning, and operational adoption initiatives.
 

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM)

• 5G Network Inventory

• Cloud Connectivity Modeling

• Datacenter Capacity Management

• Service Mapping

• Large-scale telecom transformation programs

Certifications:

1. CSA

2. ITIL Foundation

3. TNI implementation experience

4. TSM implementation experience

5. CMDB/CSDM experience

6. Telecom inventory modeling experience

7. Data migration & reconciliation experience
