UI/UX Designer 3

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for enterprise web applications.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
• Apply user research, design standards, accessibility guidelines, and UX best practices throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and drive design consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs align with business goals, project timelines, technical constraints, and customer needs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote UX best practices across product teams.
• Support Customer Experience (CX) strategy by contributing to personas, journey maps, storyboards, service blueprints, and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, architects, content owners, and business partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end customer experiences.
• Stay current on emerging UX trends, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, or
• Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on Figma experience (required).
• Experience using UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience designing complex digital products, enterprise applications, or large-scale user experiences.
• Comfortable working independently with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise systems or applications.
• Experience developing personas, customer journey maps, and service design artifacts.
• Strong understanding of customer experience strategy and end-to-end digital design.
