Location: USA (100% Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of proven success in leading end‑to‑end project delivery. A Program/Project Manager having strong operating maturity, stakeholder management capability, and execution discipline. The role requires strong product ownership, cross-functional alignment, roadmap management, and the ability to drive outcomes across both business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Distribute and prioritize work across cross‑functional teams to ensure balanced workloads and smooth execution.
• Lead daily stand-ups and provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
• Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and communication cadence with leadership.
• Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, remove blockers, and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications.
• Experience managing distributed or cross‑functional teams.
• Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects
