Learning Developer

We are seeking a talented Learning Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating engaging digital learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-priority learning initiative while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build digital learning experiences using Articulate Rise based on provided content and design direction.
• Create interactive elements in Articulate Storyline as needed, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Format and style documents for clarity and visual appeal, utilizing Google Docs and Slides.
• Manage localization workflows, including exporting and importing localization files while performing quality checks.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of all builds for accuracy and functionality before delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Experience Designer to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with localization workflows and familiarity with XLIFF file formats.
• Background in visual or graphic design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
