Google Workspace Migration Engineer

Location: Remote – USA (East/Central)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Develop migration strategies for Gmail, Google Drive, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Design and implement email routing, coexistence, and migration solutions.

• Configure SSO, IAM, directory synchronization, and cross-platform authentication.

• Support hybrid/multi-cloud integration and enterprise acquisition projects.

• Create migration plans, runbooks, technical documentation, and rollback strategies.

• Coordinate testing, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer with IT teams.

• Microsoft 365 / Azure

• Gmail & Exchange Online Migration

• Google Drive / OneDrive / SharePoint Migration

• IAM, SSO & Directory Synchronization

• Google Cloud Platform / Hybrid Cloud Integration

Preferred

• ShareGate experience

• PowerShell / Google Apps Script

• Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform Certification

• Azure Certification

• Enterprise M&A / technology integration experience
