Description

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team in the Cincinnati region. This full-time role involves configuring and customizing applications, implementing business requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generic programming languages and configuration files.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize applications using programming languages and configuration files.
Implement components including submission, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
Develop and enhance UI screens, validation rules, and workflows.
Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems using messaging protocols.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand and implement requirements.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in application configuration and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages and configuration files.
Experience with business rules, validation rules, and workflows.
Knowledge of XML web services and messaging protocols.
Experience in property and casualty insurance domain preferred.
