Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end projects including new product introduction, automation deployment, equipment commissioning, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end project using Microsoft Project / Primavera for scheduling and tracking
• Develop project plans, WBS, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID logs and change control processes
• Track project cost, schedule performance, and resource utilization using Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and vendors
• Drive stakeholder communication using structured status reporting dashboards and governance reviews
• Support equipment installation, line setup, and production readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturing quality standards
• Monitor project KPIs against schedule baseline and cost baseline

Required Skills

• Strong project planning and stakeholder coordination capability
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing/mining environments
• Budget tracking and vendor management experience
• Familiarity with ERP / MES platforms (e.g., SAP)
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma practices preferred
• PMP Certification is Mandatory
