Required Skills:
*Manage SharePoint environments: Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint servers and services (on-premises or SharePoint Online).
*User and permissions management: Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
*Monitor system health: Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
*Backup and recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
*Security compliance: Ensure SharePoint environments comply with organizational security policies.
*Patch management: Apply updates, patches, and service packs.
*Requirements gathering: Work with business users to gather and document requirements.
*Site and content management: Create and manage sites, libraries, lists, and content types.
*Training and support: Provide training and support to end-users.
*Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes using SharePoint features (e.g., workflows, forms).
Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using SharePoint and Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft O365 developmental skills for SharePoint, Admin, and Microsoft PowerApps.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Work user stories and help the functional team lead in the correct direction.
Expected Deliverables:
Complete stories and support the completion of sprints that go into the monthly status report.
