Join a dynamic infrastructure team driving the expansion of next-generation data center real estate across the Americas. As a Land Development Portfolio Management Analyst, you will manage complex datasets across the entire site development lifecycle-from initial land acquisition and permitting to civil construction and operational handover. You will play a critical role in structuring portfolio data, driving data integrity, and translating metrics into clear narratives that guide strategic decision-making.

responsibilities:
- Manage, reconcile, and maintain portfolio data across multiple database systems and tools to ensure an accurate single source of truth.
- Build and publish dashboards, scorecards, and reports in Power BI and Excel to track project milestones, risks, schedules, and health metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, land acquisition, legal, construction, and finance teams to validate data quality and resolve reporting gaps.
- Perform trend analysis and synthesize complex program data into decision-focused performance summaries for leadership.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5+ years of experience in data analytics, database management, portfolio tracking, or business intelligence.
Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data modeling and dashboard creation.
Proven track record in structuring, validating, and reconciling complex datasets across multi-stage project lifecycles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex data into clear business insights.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting real estate development, land entitlement, infrastructure, or data center construction programs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
