Summary

We're looking for an experienced Executive Strategy & Portfolio Management Lead to support executive leadership within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This individual will partner directly with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives, executive communications, portfolio governance, and cross-functional program execution across multiple business organizations.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who is equally comfortable preparing executive presentations, managing strategic initiatives, and coordinating enterprise-level programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives across Manufacturing Region operations.
  • Develop executive-level presentations for leadership meetings, board reviews, and business updates.
  • Translate complex business information into concise executive communications.
  • Manage strategic portfolios and track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work with IT Management groups on budget allocation and business case creations
  • Establish governance processes, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Engineering.
  • Drive project execution from planning through implementation.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, steering committee reviews, and business planning sessions.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across strategic initiatives.
  • Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare status reports, executive briefings, and business recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Business Transformation, Portfolio Management, or Executive Program Management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and strategic business initiatives.
  • Advanced experience developing executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Strong portfolio and program management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience within the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or the Toyota Production System (TPS).
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
