Job Title: Senior React Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with UX and Visual Design teams to create optimized, intuitive user interfaces.
Design and structure UI applications, including component hierarchy and modular architecture.
Define and maintain code management strategies (repos, branching, merging, code quality checks).
Architect UI modules, components, routing, and integration patterns.
Lead, mentor, and guide UI developers; provide technical oversight
Optimize application performance across devices and platforms.
Define and manage deployment and build strategies.
Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for advanced features.
Continuously review and enhance UI development processes and best practices.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Ensure security best practices and compliance within the application.
Perform Web Services (SOAP/REST) integration and failure analysis.
Implement unit testing using standard JavaScript testing frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience:

7 10 years of experience in UI engineering, including minimum 2 years of hands-on React development.
Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON.
Deep knowledge of objectoriented JavaScript (OOP).
Solid understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture patterns.
Experience integrating with SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
Strong debugging and failure analysis skills.
Experience with unit testing for JavaScript applications.
Kendo UI experience is required.
Strong understanding of information security concepts and implementation.
Experience defining deployment and build strategies.
Proven ability to optimize UI performance.
