Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with UX and Visual Design teams to create optimized, intuitive user interfaces.
  • Design and structure UI applications, including component hierarchy and modular architecture.
  • Define and maintain code management strategies (repos, branching, merging, code quality checks).
  • Architect UI modules, components, routing, and integration patterns.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide UI developers; provide technical oversight
  • Optimize application performance across devices and platforms.
  • Define and manage deployment and build strategies.
  • Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for advanced features.
  • Continuously review and enhance UI development processes and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance within the application.
  • Perform Web Services (SOAP/REST) integration and failure analysis.
  • Implement unit testing using standard JavaScript testing frameworks.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 7 10 years of experience in UI engineering, including minimum 2 years of hands-on React development.
  • Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON.
  • Deep knowledge of objectoriented JavaScript (OOP).
  • Solid understanding of MVC/MVVM architecture patterns.
  • Experience integrating with SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
  • Strong debugging and failure analysis skills.
  • Experience with unit testing for JavaScript applications.
  • Kendo UI experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts and implementation.
  • Experience defining deployment and build strategies.
  • Proven ability to optimize UI performance.
