Senior AI Architect / Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Partner with client teams, Notable, Oracle Health, and other stakeholders to understand platform goals, business needs, and technical requirements.
Help design and build the AI platform architecture, including workflows, integrations, data pathways, model interaction patterns, and operational processes.
Translate design concepts and problem statements into actionable technical plans and working solutions.
Evaluate AI systems, tools, processes, and platform capabilities to determine fit, feasibility, and implementation approach.
Support hands-on engineering, prototyping, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and practical resolutions throughout the design and build process.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure solutions are understandable, usable, and aligned with client objectives.
Contribute documentation, implementation guidance, and operational recommendations for long-term platform administration.
Desired Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of AI systems, AI-enabled workflows, platform architecture, data integration, and applied AI solution design.
Proven ability to synthesize requirements from multiple inputs and create clear implementation pathways.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI, automation, analytics, or cloud-based platforms.
Ability to engage quickly, solve ambiguous problems, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills and experience working with clients, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams.
Healthcare, enterprise technology, or Oracle Health experience is a plus.
