Aya Locums is working with a great facility in Charleston, WV seeking ongoing CRNA locum coverage with flexible schedule. 2 days a week to full time. Inpatient and outpatient.\n

\nShift Details: able to work 5-8 s, 4 10 s 3 12 s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.\n
\nwilling to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone part-time \n
\nSchedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation\n
\n
\nWork Details:\n
\n Amount of Coverage Needed: Flexible (3 FTE needed)\n
\n Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient\n
\n Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various\n
\n Types of surgery General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center\n
\n EMR: Cerner\n
\n
\nPractice Setting:\n
\n Ambulatory Surgery Center\n
\n Hospital\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n Board Certification: WV\n
\n License Required: Yes\n
\n Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS\n
\n Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.\n
