Job Title: Project Manager
Location: NYC (Day 1 onsite Hybrid 3 days a week in office)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the enterprise Privacy Program strategy in partnership with Privacy, Legal, Technology, Data, and Control Management teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build, maintain, and communicate a multi-year Privacy roadmap, including key initiatives, workstreams, and milestones.
Monitor emerging Privacy regulations and regulatory change events; assess enterprise readiness and translate impacts into clear program requirements.
Translate complex regulatory, policy, and risk concepts into actionable Privacy initiatives and coordinated workstreams.
Partner with workstream leads to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and drive execution against the broader Privacy strategy.
Create executive-ready PowerPoint materials and apply strong storytelling skills to clearly communicate Privacy strategy, roadmap, and program progress.
Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience in a consultative, project-based role, partnering with diverse stakeholders to shape approaches, align priorities, and manage tradeoffs.
Foundational understanding of Privacy or regulatory-driven programs, with the ability to translate risk concepts into practical, enterprise-ready solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, effective across functions and levels without direct authority.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex topics into clear, executive-ready narratives.
Structured, strategic problem solver who connects execution to broader business, risk, and regulatory objectives.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Collaborative, delivery-focused team player with a bias toward action.
3 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, program strategy, or related fields.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
