Job Title: Full Stack Developer (AWS | Python/Node.js | React)

Location: Dallas, TX

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud-native development, primarily focused on backend engineering using Python and Node.js, along with working knowledge of React for frontend development.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a startup mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot applications independently within an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
Build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js
Contribute to frontend development using React
Work with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
Debug and troubleshoot production issues using logs and monitoring tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, DevOps, product)
Take end-to-end ownership of features from development to deployment
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability

Core Technical Requirements

Must Have

Strong hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem
Deployment, logging, troubleshooting, and monitoring
Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
Experience with serverless architecture
Ability to independently work in AWS console and deliver solutions
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of React.js
Experience building full-stack applications
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Understanding of microservices architecture
