Minimum of 8+ years experience overall.
3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript.
Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems a plus.
Understand AI concepts and the nondeterministic nature of testing
Validate test topic and action accuracy, Refine and iterate based on result, Ensure test data represent realistic use interactions
Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
Experience in Salesforce software quality assurance starting from planning to execution
Health Care experience - preferred
Outstanding communication skills
Testing experience in contact center programs and understanding of CRM, call, chat is preferred.

Work with the Train Test lead and support the Design and execution of functional and automation test scripts for a customer service application hosted on Salesforce service cloud.
Creates test scripts for AI agents according to the business requirements of the functionalities executed by these agents
Provide mentorship and oversight to other testers in the scrum team
