IT Cyber Security Analyst (Onsite in Greenville, SC) Local Face to Face Interview

Position Overview

Join an IT operations team supporting cybersecurity across manufacturing and engineering. You ll coordinate security work across operational teams, track site progress, address urgent vulnerabilities, and improve security processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly security patching and endpoint protection, track site progress, and escalate delays
  Manage urgent security vulnerabilities and communicate updates to senior management
  Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve incidents and requests
  Lead continuous improvement activities
  Create and update Excel and visual dashboards
  Coordinate cybersecurity activities across the operational manufacturing and engineering zone
  Join the 24/7 on-call rotation, approximately four weeks per year
  Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items
  Work with local and global IT, development, infrastructure teams, and site managers

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational IT experience, including cybersecurity
  Bachelor s degree in IT preferred
  Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred
  Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365
  Experience with tools such as WSUS, Active Directory, Kibana, OCS Inventory, Symantec, or Microsoft Defender
  Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  Ability to build dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI
  Strong attention to detail, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
  Ability to work independently, ask clear questions, and assess the business impact and urgency of incidents
  Application development or infrastructure experience is a plus
