Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled: Data Engineer to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Role.

JD:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow to support enterprise data platforms.
Build and optimize Snowflake solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, automation, and integration with Oracle, AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, ECS/EKS), APIs, and other enterprise systems.
Develop cloud-native data solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, security, reliability, and high-performance data warehouse architectures.
Support AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by preparing datasets and building data pipelines; experience with Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Spark, Kafka, or Databricks is a plus.
Required: 5+ years of Data Engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, Python, SQL, AWS, Oracle, and Apache Airflow, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
