What You Will Do:We are seeking a full-time Data Scientist to support and scale data-driven initiatives across analytics, AI, and machine learning. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions
- Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and analytical workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
- Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation and monitoring
- Contribute to data science best practices, documentation, and model governance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong data science culture
What You Will Need:- Bachelor's is required
- Strong experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning
- Minimum ONE (1) year experience with Python (and/or R) for data analysis and modeling
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical databases
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience supporting AI-driven products or data platforms
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, or production deployment practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
