Proposal Manager

Major Responsibilities include

• Responsible for analysis and strategy for responding to released RFPs in various portals.
• Ability to prioritize and make go -no go decisions
• Develop proposal schedules, milestones, conduct various levels of review meetings and manage the proposal writers
• Recommend and support updates to content for services offering descriptions.
• Ability to conduct final reviews and contribute to the technical approach and overall presentation of the responses. 
• Participate in orals and Demos as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Skills

• ​Bachelor''s Degree in English, Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience managing proposals for US government
• Ability to read and understand the RFPs and create an outline for response and approach for the solution
• Prior experience working in a hands-on technical role is preferred.
• Must be a self-starter, with effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively maintain internal and external relationships. 
• Possess efficient time management and strong organizational skills
• Great attention to detail and decision-making skills
